Our Network is legally required to meet the highest standards and maintain industry certification for equipment and employees. This minimum standard includes PAS43 certification, This certification ensures that the company has the proper procedures in place to help customers and technicians quickly, as well protecting them from injury while doing their job. This certification reduces risk and keeps everyone safe in the event of a breakdown.
Yes. As it is the vehicle that is covered under the policy, anyone driving it is also covered.

Login to our customer portal navigate your way to the breakdown policy page, on that page you’ll see an option to add more vehicles to our policy. You’ll be taken to a payment page, once payment is complete you'll be presented with a magic link to share with your additional driver, via message or email. Once they have the link it will take them through the short sign up process. When sign up is complete you’ll receive an email and the policy documents will be viewable from your customer portal.

Your policy is for a minimum of 12 months whether you choose to pay monthly or annually. You have a 14 day grace period should you wish to cancel for a full refund, a refund will not be given if you make a claim within those 14 days.
Should you wish to cancel your cover, you will have 14 days to cancel to receive a full refund. After this period, there will be no refund.
No - but we can still help. There will be an additional cost of £120 (incl. VAT) for recovering your vehicle to a garage within 10 miles.
If you have activated your free accident management policy you will receive your free fuel card in the post. Put it in the glove box of your car or in a safe place. If you have an accident, call the number on the back of your packaging or scan the QR code. We’ll go through all the accident details to confirm the circumstances. Once we confirm you're not at fault we’ll deliver you a replacement vehicle either on the same day or the day after, your activated fuel card will follow in the post first class recorded.
You can either scan the QR on your keyfob which will take you to a webpage with your claims handlers direct number, failing that call us directly on 0333 358 0536. You will already have a dedicated claims handler assigned to your membership. They will talk you through all of the steps and make sure you're taken care of.
